Charlie was amazing!! My nose ring came out unexpectedly and he put it back in at no charge. He told me everything he was going to do before he did it, and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. I will definitely go back for future tattoos and piercings!!

A plus service! I called because I needed help getting my septum piercing off because the balls were stuck. I spoke to one of their wonderful members who got me in contact with the owner. I was so emotional trying to get it off (been trying to get it off for over a month) and when I came up to U St and to their building, Met some of the staff and the owner was able to get my piercing out with NO trouble I couldn’t even tell that everything is done he did so well. I thanked them very much, paid and left. I definitely found my new tattoo and piercing shop. Everything was very clean and sterile and he even cleaned and packaged my old piercing! Amazing team!

I got my first ever tattoo here today. I didn't know much about the process but the artist that assisted me, June, was a great help. Explained the whole process one step at a time and was very patient while I asked to move the stencil a few times. June explained how to care for the tattoo clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. I'm so happy with the final result!!

Man these guys are awesome.I came in for a walk-in and they had those available. I got a fairly medium sized tattoo from June and man she got it done WITH THE SWIFTNESS. Everything was clean and professional. Will definitely come back.
