UPDATE: Cassie was incredible! Tragus and changed out my nose piercing. She was awesome and fast! Helped me pick out my jewelry and even told me other piercings that would look great for my ear’s anatomy. She explained everything and gave me ZERO anxiety. I LOVE THIS PLACE ❤️ Rachael was awesome! Precise, thorough, and knowledgeable. Went in today to get my conch pierced and the process was quick but super professional. What I really enjoyed was that she walked me through the entire piercing process and it made it that much better! The interior of the shop is so warm and extremely inviting. I loved the aesthetic and friendly atmosphere. Even if you are in a surrounding area. Take the drive to Brandon and visit this shop. No egos, super laid back and well worth the visit. ❤️

I recommend this tattoo/piercing shop to anyone who needs a recommendation! My tattoo artist is Mary (@calico.tattoo.art on IG) and she has gone above and beyond to help me achieve the tattoos of my dreams. She has even done a cover up for me and it’s flawless and you can’t tell there was an older tattoo underneath. As a bonus she is very sweet, personable and makes you feel like a friend! I’m always planning my next tattoo with her because I love the ones she has created so far for me.

Got these awesome tattoos by Mary, Isa and Daila! This place has the best artists, and the best vibes. I felt so comfortable coming here and getting these pieces. New permanent spot to get tatted and pierced! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Today I was tattooed by the owner Daila!! She was so nice and cool. The atmosphere of the shop was amazing and all the ladies seemed so kind😁…tattoo wise, Daila did amazing! She listened to all my ideas/requests before my appointment and turned it into something better! All of the little changes and tweaks I had were considered big or small!! She also was willing to work within my budget. I truly have the best experience at heart in hand every time I go! We yapped/laughed the whole session while she made sure I was comfortable/okay and there was no weird energy in the shop at all!! I would definitely recommend Daila or the shop to anyone for all of your tattoo and piercing needs! Oh guys also I got to leave with a plant cutting, so that was a plus lol🤪I would give this place 10⭐️ if it was possible!!!

Cassie is literally the best piercer I have ever met. Since December I have gotten a total of 13 piercings done by Cassie and each one has healed better than the next. Working with Cassie has been such a dream, she makes me feel so comfortable and confident and she’s always available when I need to ask her the dumbest questions over insta. I literally could not recommend her more, I truly believe I am a wimp when it comes to my pain tolerance but Cassie is so fast and knowledgeable that getting pierced has become so easy, it’s honestly the highlight of my weeks lol. Taylor is also so fantastic!! As soon as I walk in the door she’s ready to help me pick out the perfect piece for my new piercing and she always has the best ideas ( Taylor is also an amazing piercer, I’ve seen her work irl and it’s awesome!!). Honestly all of the staff at Heart in Hand are amazing, I would not go anywhere else 💕!!
