I had such a great experience getting a tattoo from Pencil. From the moment we walked into his shop, the whole environment felt calm, welcoming, and professional. Pencil took the time to ask very thoughtful and detailed questions about the tattoos my friend and I wanted. He really made sure we were completely happy with the design before he even started, which made us feel confident we were in great hands. One of the things I loved most was how peaceful his shop is. There’s no loud music and no random people coming in and out — just a quiet, clean space where you can relax with the person you came with. The shop is spotless, and he even has a TV you can watch while he works, which made the time pass quickly. He was also incredibly kind and accommodating. When it was my friend’s turn for her tattoo, I brought out the laptop to get some work done, and he immediately offered a portable desk so I could work comfortably. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Most importantly, our tattoos turned out amazing! His line work, attention to detail, and shading are truly chef’s kiss. The work is beautiful, the process didn’t take long, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of artistry he provides. If you’re looking for a talented tattoo artist in the Tampa / greater Carrollwood area, I highly recommend Pencil. I’m so happy with my tattoo and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next one.

I have gotten many tattoos at Mystical Eye Art & Tattoos Studio and I am never not satisfied with my tattoos and experience. Pencil and Lani are absolutely amazing people and are so welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable and you feel like family while you are there. The tattoo work that pencil does it outstanding and never disappoints. Pencil takes his time and really puts himself into his work and his clients. I will never go to another tattoo shop 😊

I got a tattoo here in honor of my late Grandma. I was so nervous but I had the best experience! They took the time to make sure her handwriting matched perfectly, and the process wasn’t as painful as I was expecting. The studio was comforting, clean, and everything you could ask for. If I ever want another tattoo in the future I know I’d come back here!

I got my tattoo done by pencil hes so amazing! Very nice and friendly i felt at home while i was there. The studio is very nice & clean its a chill and relaxing environment.I brought in a picture of what i was looking for and he made it 10 times better. I will definitley be back and if i could give more than 5 stars i would! thank you so much for everything!
