I visited Orlando for my birthday and everyone I was with agreed to get tattoos (it was 4 of us). We walked into a tattoo shop not far from this one and the vibe was off. We just weren't greeted properly, it was dark inside and we couldn't see any of the tattoo artists (we spoke with a receptionist I guess you could say). We walked out and ended up at Fine Ink. Totally different vibe!! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. We were greeted with great energy, the music was vibing and the place just had a light about it. We let them know what we wanted and what our budgets were. What I really loved was how each tattoo artist had a different specialty and they weren't afraid to say well if you're looking for this, our other artist is really good at that so you should let them do it. They were all so talented, patient and friendly. I believe the young lady who did mine was Estelle. They answered all of our questions and didn't make us feel like a bother. The follow up was amazing as well. We received texts with aftercare instructions and also a little hey how are you healing and is there anything else we can do for you text. I'm big on customer service so this went a long way with me. I would definitely visit again!
