Hart & Huntington Tattoo Co. Orlando

Thanks for your response and I have emailed Adam, but it does not allow me to respond to your response on the review, so I am putting my reply here. You never addressed this is not only inconvenient, but it is going to cost me 3-4 times the amount of money I was quoted initially, if I use Hart and Huntington to finish the tattoo, from what I was quoted by Hart and Huntington multiple times. Instead of 1500-2500, it is now going to cost me $8000-$10,000 and unfortunately, unless Adam replies to my email with an answer no one else in your shop has offered a remedy. Quoted $1500 to $2500. Emailed back and forth 3 times what I wanted, before paying $500 non-refundable deposit and letting them know I was only in the area a couple of days, because I live in North Carolina. They assured me it would be done in one appointment, so I paid the deposit. Then they connected me to an incredible artist, Marlo, but no offer to refund my deposit. He told me he would try, but doubted he could get it done in 1 appointment. I was stuck. I had paid the $500 non refundable deposit. Was told it would be done in 1 appointment and now they were going to keep the deposit if I cancelled or I had to take the chance they would get it finished. I was there at noon, as they scheduled me and stayed until about 1130 pm. Marlo got about 40-50% done and what he got done looks great, however I had to pay him what they quoted me for what he got done and will have to pay approximately the same amount, if I go back, to get the rest done. Plus I will have to pay for travel, hotel, food, take off of work. Marlo is incredible. Their scheduling is horrendous and should offer deposits back, if they misquote the job time or the job price, especially when they know you don't live there and will only be in the area a couple of days. I am now stuck, with do I trust Marlo, because he seemed great, even though the parlor wasn't or do I hire someone else. Either way, it is going to cost me 3-4 times what I was quoted by Hart and Huntington, when you add the double tattoo cost, travel, lodging, food, time off of work. Marlo is a great artist and they are lucky to have him, but their scheduling personnel should never do to people, what they did to me.

H&H tattoo shop in Universal Citywalk is a professional, modern shop located in a really fun environment. Everyone loves an amusement park but you go to H&H for top quality artistry and an exceptional personal experience, it just happens to be by the park. Anyone that loves ink knows the shop and the artist make the difference - this shop holds its own. It’s authentic and takes service seriously. I highly recommend working with Stephanie; this is my second piece from her and I loved everything from developing the design, sitting for the work, and engaging her as a person - she is just a great human! If you are considering getting work done here do it!!! The entire staff is awesome and each time I go I see great tattoos walking out. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Steph!!!!

I came in with a vision and Scott (Kool-Aid) brought my vision to life. Ive want this tattoo for years and Scott nailed it. This is a tattoo for my Grandma who I lost to breast cancer. Thank you for the great work and the great conversations!!!

Arianna was absolutely fabulous to work with and I am in love with my tattoo! I am a huge Harry Potter nerd and booked a spur of the moment trip to Orlando, on my first night I saw this tattoo shop and decided I needed to commemorate the trip, booked for next day with just a basic idea of what I wanted. She took my vision and designed it even better than my imagination. This was only my second tattoo and the last was 20 years ago, so she was very patient with me and checked to make sure I was doing ok throughout the session. I went in February and the tattoo has healed perfectly and looks amazing, so happy with the whole experience!

I have been the H&H twice, both time I have had work done by Chris. Out of all the Tattoos I have the ones he has done are byfar my favorite tattoo’s the colors in them is amazing and truly bring out the vision I gave him and we was able to put it into a piece or artwork better then I can describe. Their shop is so clean! You can definitely tell they care about the service they are providing you. All the staff members I have worked with have been amazing and very helpful from getting the appointment booked to getting checked in to the tattoo it self to aftercare instructions. It’s already in the future plans to go back on one of our next vacations.
