I went here for my first tattoo and it was such a nice, comfortable experience. The tattoo artists all seemed friendly and attentive to their customers. My tattoo came out so neat and I love it! I will be back and highly recommend Slanging Ink!

I had originally connected with someone online who claimed to be affiliated with the shop, and unfortunately I learned the hard way to always verify before sending a deposit. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff kindly explained that the person didn't work there. (Ps always verify before you send anyone money lol) Thankfully, they were able to fit me in, and I'm so glad they did because they absolutely earned my business! Qoe took the time to sit down with me, discuss ideas, and create a cover-up design that would actually work. He was patient, thoughtful, and paid close attention to placement, detail, and shading throughout the process. The final result exceeded my expectations, you genuinely can't tell there was another tattoo underneath.😍 What could have been a disappointing experience turned into a really positive one. I'm incredibly grateful for the professionalism, creativity, and care Qoe put into my tattoo, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. 😍🙏

My husband and I came in for tattoos. Dro did my husband's Semi truck tattoo and Qoe did my Lotus flower. I almost chickened out and didn't get the coloring but Qoe helped me through it. I am so thankful because it is exactly what I have been wanting. Both of these artists are amazing!!!! Any time we come back to Houston for work, we will definitely be stopping in to get another one!!! ❤️❤️❤️L

I moved down here from Chicago a few months ago, so wasn’t really familiar with the studios down here in Houston. After a lot of research, I decided to give these guys a try. I hit the jackpot and will never be going anywhere else! I could tell within five minutes of starting the piece that Dro was an incredibly talented artist. But what made it even better is he’s an absolutely amazing human being as well. It felt like I was sitting there talking with him for 10 minutes instead of the few hours it took to complete. I’ve been getting tattoos done since the late 80’s and this is by far my favorite. I’m an ex Army Ranger and have been in studios all over the world, so I know what I’m talking about when I say this. If you live in the Houston area or are visiting; this is the place to go. Good people, great artistry and fair prices! Can’t beat that. I’m already planning on heading back next month (and probably many more times after that).

I connected with Dro through social media, and pretty much booked immediately. The whole process was easy going - from sharing ideas about the tattoo, to booking, and confirmation of the appt. I reached out with a few questions and he answered in a timely manner. The appt. ran smoothly. He asked lots of questions to make sure the art was what I wanted, and did his best to incorporate what I asked for. The cherry on top— he got me out of there in time to make it to the front of the parent pick up line, lol. Very professional, very laid back, very considerate. He checked on me to make sure I was okay during the appt. All good vibes that you look for. I can’t wait to get my next tattoo.
