Came here twice for both my bottom lobes, my second lobe on the left ear, and helix on my left ear. Had two different piercer but both were friendly and made the experience great as I was nervous both times (I am a big pain wimp). They used needle piercing and everything appeared to be sanitary. They did a great job making sure I liked the placement of my piercings and walked me through the aftercare. Pricing felt reasonable especially since it included titanium. I do wish they offered flatbacks because the butterfly back for my helix is not too helpful and offered holiday sales. Haven't seen any.

honestly my sister has came here to get 4 piercing and nothing has been going on with hers but my experience was one of the worst. Came in to get my nostril piercing done but as expected i was super nervous and scared because it was my first ever piercing. I start hyperventilating before the guy pierces my nose and i keep asking question and he immediately gives up and says “i don’t even want to do this anymore”. i get it, it can be frustrating having a customer freak out every second but this is your job and you should atleast have some patience and i really don’t think that way the right way to react with someone like that. Another situation was when i had gotten a bump on that same piercing not long after i got it. I came in to get it checked out because i was 100% it was the metal. The guy that checked it out was making me feel stupid for the amount of questions i asked because obviously as i said previously this is my first piercing ever and i did a bunch of research beforehand. I know they’re the professionals but like i said i really don’t think that’s how to treat a worried customer. He kept dismissing my worries and said he would try POPPING the bump??? He cleaned it with alcohol which caused it to turn black and it never went away. I know a piercer is NOT supposed to try and pop your bump because it’s not a pimple is an irritation. He also hesitated in telling me the metal they used, i have sensitive skin and if the metal they used has nickel, it’s mostly likely the thing that’s not allowing it to go away. I talked to one of my friends who has the same piercing and she told me to get a second opinion from a different piercing place because there were too many red flags.

I can't stress enough, Go see Joey Fontes here! He does amazing tattoo work! This was my 9th tattoo from him. This one was hand drawn, and no stencil used! He is out of this world talented, and knocked my idea out of the park! Super clean shop, sterile, and a great place for a tattoo or piercing.

Great experience, Puppet was my artist and he'd give ample time to decide and make changes if you have your own design. Very clean and hygiene. I recommended my friend and he too had his first tattoo done here.
