The pink elephant tattoo and piercing

The owner and the artists working at The Pink Elephant have an incredible amount of integrity and knowledge. I had a great experience. I wasn’t able to finish my tattoo today due to my own pain threshold and tolerance but what Ray did get done looks absolutely amazing! I am looking forward to finishing this piece and continuing to have all my work done here.

I went for Fri 13 for tattoos. The place is so cute, and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful EXCEPT the “owner”. Who for some reason had to keep mentioning that out loud when nobody asked. She had a bit of attitude. I get it, it’s busy and packed. But i would expect an owner to act professional. She needed a snickers or something. Especially when every single staff member in there was so friendly, the owner stood out like a big cranky sore thumb. She was so irritating, makes me not want to come back. There was a moment when I came to check where i was on the waitlist, and the front desk girl nicely told me to go check the list myself since she was busy and it was well out of her reach. Because I already did that once, when I came back to check the list again, the owner who was standing behind the counter snatched the list from my hands yelling “you dont just take my list go sit down!” I didnt feel like arguing with someone like that. I obviously wasnt trying to grab her list in any rude way other than check it like I had before. I understand needing to ask first, but since i was already told i could grab it once, i didnt think i was doing something wrong. Anyways, a person like that in a leadership role needs to read a book on how to act as a leader. She delivers messages so ugly, that definitely will drive business away. And staff too because I saw how she spoke to one of her tattoo artist, and i can tell her staff has to just deal with her. Go eat girl you seem hangry.

got my anti eyebrow pierced and it was amazing! the owner is the sweetest person ever even just walking in i immediately loved the vibe and the energy i felt so comfortable and safe it was the best piercing experience ive had (and i have ALOT of piercings lol). jewelry selection was amazing and high quality and such reasonable prices! will definitely be coming back highly HIGHLY recommend 🫶🏽

Update: piercings are healing great. Love the vibe and experience. Its an all girl spot! Wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a great experience. Went in for a eyebrow and because it was a welcoming environment, and the owner was extremely down to earth and open. I ended up walking out with a VCH and eyebrow. Prices are good especially for the VCH. Brittney is cool chick made me feel comfortable so much my nerves went away. The way she knows the ends and outs of piercings is even better. They also do tattoos at this location.

I took my daughter here to get a helix piercing for her 16th birthday, and we both fell in love with the cute little shop. Everyone working there was super cool and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for any future piercings or tattoos.
