She's so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves. The piercing was quick, super clean, and turned out even better than I imagined. Kitty’s service was so amazing! She was so attentive and nice and did not rush through the piercing. She answered all my questions and was very honest about my anatomy for the rook. The prices were also very affordable with the initial cost of the piercing as well as the upgrades for better jewelry. She was also very calming and helped me decide which placement. I would 100 percent recommend to come see her:) It was also a very clean and well kept shop with great hospitality. I ended up getting the helix and it was so cute!
