I had such an amazing experience with my tattoo artist named Rocky , He was honestly the best professional, patient, and incredibly talented. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. He paid such close attention to detail and made sure everything looked perfect before and during the tattoo. You can truly tell that he takes pride in his work and cares about making sure his clients leave happy. My tattoo came out even better than I imagined, and I’m so grateful for the time and effort he put into it. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy tattoo artist. I will definitely be coming back for my next tattoo!

I brought my daughter in because she lost an earring several weeks after being pierced elsewhere. Eric took great care of us. He changed her jewelry to a smaller gauge which gave instant relief. She said she can’t feel them for the first time since she was pierced. We haven’t had a lot of luck with lobe piercings (this is our 3rd try). I think we have finally found the right place. Thanks, Eric! I will bring her sister in soon. Avoid visiting piercers folks. Also, the atmosphere at Urban was very upbeat and comfortable. It felt more like a visit than a transaction. First time here! I found this place through Google after my fairly new earring came out, and I was nowhere near the person who originally pierced my ear. I searched a few places, checked out the reviews, and decided to call this shop. Since it wasn’t scheduled, I called to see if they’d be able to fit me in, provide new jewelry, and help put it in — and they were able to! The young lady who did my piercing made me feel very comfortable. She was informative, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend this shop. The energy from the entire staff was welcoming, and I really appreciated that
