Amazing!!!! We absolutely loved Alex! We came in as a group and were a MESS trying to figure out what we wanted because we were being spontaneous 😂 Alex was so patient, helpful, and absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience!! ⭐️ 1 Star – Do Not Recommend for Piercings I rarely leave negative reviews because I am a business owner myself and understand how important customer service and customer retention are. However, my experience here was extremely disappointing. I spent nearly $200 on piercings and ended up having to remove them and pay another shop to redo the work correctly. The belly button piercing was done improperly—the piercer used too much skin, the jewelry bar was too short, and even after two weeks it was not healing properly. Another piercing I received was also placed incorrectly. Before leaving this review, I tried to resolve the issue directly with the business. I called and explained my concerns. I was told I would receive a callback, but I never heard back. They had an opportunity to address the problem and provide a resolution, but unfortunately that did not happen. Because of the poor piercing work, lack of follow-up, and unwillingness to resolve the situation, I cannot recommend this shop for piercings. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews, but people deserve to know about my experience before spending their hard-earned money here.

Trusted them with my industrial piercing and I love it very quick and easy service. He was very nice as well!
