went in and to get a belly button piercing, Jeremiah was cold/not kind and barely talked. I had previously heard good things about jeremiah, but he was cold and rude. i was very uncomfortable and it did not feel like a welcoming experience, as it had did previously. Did not even pierce me correctly and gave me a surface belly piercing instead of belly button piercing, did not talk about correct anatomy or anything. I had previously got my nose piercing done by Casey, and felt the atmosphere and experience was much warmer and better. I feel i shouldn’t have spent that money for that experience, especially for Jeremiah to not even give any info on how to clean or take care of it after. If i could give 0 stars i would, i will not be coming back except if it’s with casey.

Got a piercing this week by Jeremiah and he was condescending and vague when asked questions about anything. He did not provide any information about how to clean or take care of the piercing, as well as being rough when adjusting my head. Highly recommended getting pierced by Casey she was very welcoming and informative.

i came in for friday the 13th today, and got pierced by casey. the wait was a bit long, but it's as to be expected for the 13th. casey was very dilligent and quick with our piercings. i got an eyebrow piercing and my boyfriend got a lip piercing. i would totally come back for another piercing with casey!

I was referred by some friends, walked in on a Friday afternoon, and had the best experience! The ambiance was so calming I could’ve stayed all afternoon! Elizabeth was awesome, welcoming, helpful, calming, and obviously talented! Can’t wait to go back!
