10/10 experience at Black Rose Tattoo Shop! Russell did my third lobe piercings, and I couldn’t be happier. I came in about 20 minutes before closing, but he still took his time and never made me feel rushed. He talked to me throughout the entire appointment, answered all of my questions (even about older piercings from other shops), and made sure everything was perfectly even before piercing. It only felt like a quick pinch! The shop was super clean and worth every penny. I’ve been to three other piercing shops, and none of them compare to the care and attention to detail I received here. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my future piercings and recommending them to everyone!

I’ve been working with Chris O'Toole on a full Dragon Ball sleeve, and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turning out. The sleeve has Vegeta, Shenron, Goku, Bulma, Kid Buu, and Black Frieza, and every part of it has come out amazing. The color saturation is one of the first things people notice. The blues, greens, pinks, and shading all pop, and anime fans are constantly commenting on how good the color looks. What’s even more impressive is that the pieces that are over a year old still look just as bold and clean as the newer work. Chris did an awesome job making the whole sleeve flow with my arm instead of just placing separate tattoos together. I especially love how Shenron sits on my shoulder and how the characters all work together throughout the sleeve. You can tell a lot of thought went into the layout, placement, and overall design. On top of being a great artist, Chris makes the entire tattoo experience comfortable. Long sessions can be rough, but he makes it easy to sit through them and goes above and beyond for his clients. He has even bought me dinner and made steak on different occasions, which shows the kind of person he is. I fully trust Chris as an artist, and I’m excited to finish this sleeve with one more session to go. I already can’t wait to start working on more pieces with him. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality color work, anime tattoos, or a large custom piece.

Alonzo at **Black Rose Studio** was awesome from start to finish. He was upfront, honest, courteous, and really easy to work with. Scheduling was smooth, he communicated clearly, and his kind, funny personality made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. The shop itself is clean, has a really cool atmosphere, and gives off great vibes. It’s also a true all-in-one shop, with multiple talented artists who specialize in different styles, plus knowledgeable piercers. I’d definitely recommend Alonzo and Black Rose Studio to anyone looking for quality work and a great overall experience. The top tattoo was done by another artist at a different shop.

I had a great experience at Black Rose Tattoo Shop. The shop is beautifully decorated and has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Every employee was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was, especially the bathroom, which says a lot about the shop’s attention to detail and hygiene standards. What stood out the most was how supportive and attentive the staff were to my needs. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt confident throughout the entire process. I got tattooed by Alonzo, and I am roughly an hour and a half drive away. I will continue to travel for his services. It has been an excellent experience thus far. My family & I walked in for a tattoo of our grandmothers handwriting. Seda took care of us and did an exceptional job. I knew I wanted her to do my other tattoos, so reached out & made an appointment. Super chill, super kind, & super good at her job. Can’t wait to work with her again in the future!
