Brian is the best, he took care of me right away and answered all the questions i had! He helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry and even switched it out for me, all at an incredibly reasonable price. I will definitely be back to this shop and would recommend it to my friends!

I came in on Friday the 13th really excited to get some piercings. I got three (2 cartilage and 1 lobe) and even bought jewelry bc I was guided to the jewelry display to pick out pieces. I came in months later telling someone else to come here for their piercings. And the piercer KINDLY told them that we shouldn’t pick out jewelry and you should just get use standard jewelry first for healing. I was totally shocked and it made 100% sense bc what whatever jewelry I was convinced to purchasing (which was really expensive like over $170, not including the actual service) has been a pain to clean and now I’m worried my helix might not ever heal correctly bc of weight displacement. I’m not going to put the piercers name, but I am incredibly disappointed that these things weren’t brought to my attention and I feel very taken advantage of money wise. Now I’m having to put in extra work to get these piercings healed when I could’ve just taken the better healing jewelry that is provided with service.

My 50 year old ear piercing suddenly decided to close. Stopped in by chance to see if they could help and was immediately taken care of. Friendly and professional staff - excellent experience - medical grade hygiene practices followed. Highly recommend!

I’ve gotten tattooed here by a few different artists and every experience has been wonderful. But over the past year, I’ve been getting tattooed by Mike Jacks and he’s absolute incredible. I’ve wanted a leg sleeve my whole entire life, and he was able to make that a happen. He’s thoughtful and careful with his work. He cares about aftercare and the longevity of his pieces you can tell he wants you to be happy with his work. He can even sometimes be funny. I don’t have enough kind words to say. He was able to make a dream of mine a reality and I’ll forever be grateful and can’t recommend him enough.

I'm sorry but I have to change my review and lower the star. I want a new nose piece but don't believe that will happen here. I finally replaced my stud which never gave an issue. I got a nose ring and after a week it was messing with my skin badly bc it was too small. It wasn't the one I chose but she said it was the right one. I go back a week later and get a new piece- not a ring, and of course I had to pay for price. She bends it once and I don't have a big nose. Every other nose piece I've seen in a friend was bent twice- three pieces and it stays in place. My piece didn't stay in after only being bent once and after being been a second time it doesn't work bc one part of it is longer so it's always hitting my septum. I'm not paying again though I always tipped and was not happy. I felt a bit like I was being made fun of the first time but the was mild. There wasn't much talk or advice and I've been unhappy each time. I'm not sure why angela didn't bend it properly to begin with but I'll probably just take it out and be done with all this. Reply to owner, kind of an odd thing to say. It would have been fine if if were bent in thirds the first time just like I've seen other people have. And if I had been given proper advice.
