Ashley was amazing, we called ahead of time to be sure my 14 year old daughter could get her ear pierced and she was completely ready for us when we arrived. My daughter was scared because we have had her ears pierced 3 times and it never ends well. Ashley was patient and kind, let my daughter get comfortable and took her time. She communicated to my daughter thru out the whole process. Literally the best! This will be my go to place from now on!!! Oh and the best part was how clean her area was and how many times she changed her gloves! If she touched anything besides what she was working on she would change them immediately. That's important to me!

Josh did an amazing job on my fine-line flower tattoo! He was super nice, respectful, and made the whole experience really comfortable. He was able to take me and my friend as walk-ins, and I’m so happy with how my tattoo turned out. His artwork is amazing, and you can really tell he puts care into his work. Definitely 10/10 — I’ll be coming back!

Beautiful artwork, the tattoo look book was so cool to look through, and piercing prices were amazing. The vibe of the shop was amazing, you felt immediately at ease and the atmosphere was welcoming. My piercer, Ashley was so sweet and so cool, I loved her tattoos and piercings. Not only that, but she was very helpful and guided me through everything, I was allowed a handheld mirror to see the process as well. I learned so many tips and tricks from her and this is definitely my go to tattoo and piercing location in San Antonio. (updated july 23, 2026): Just got my third touchup done at this location and the process is always so smooth And carefully thought about! This is where I will continue getting tattoos and piercings, of course Great vibes, Shark slippers And sometimes even A cute dog for entertainment. I definitely recommend checking it out!

My artist was Tim he was great! I’ve been meaning to leave a review for years, and it’s definitely overdue. He did my portrait tattoo a couple of years ago, and I actually came back to him again today because I trust his work. Both experiences were great. He’s talented, professional, and just an all-around cool guy. The vibe is always relaxed and welcoming, which makes the whole process comfortable. Any questions I’ve had—whether about my tattoos or just random tattoo-related questions—he’s always taken the time to answer them and explain things without making me feel silly for asking. It’s hard to find an artist who not only does great work but also makes you feel comfortable and respected throughout the process. That’s exactly why I came back. I’m happy with my tattoos and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled artist with a great attitude.
