Elevate Tattoo OKC

Wonderful atmosphere, came in for a small cover up, Clayton went above and beyond and made my tattoo one of my highlights on life. I showed him what I was going for and he took it and ran with it. Turned out way better than I had imagined. Absolutely love it, thank you!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I came to Clayton for a full back piece then include three coverups. I gave him the theme and his final concept is so much more than I initially would’ve imagined. I’m so excited to finish this journey.. Clayton has been nothing but professional and kind and gentle , unless he needed to be firm with me, and to be fair, I needed the guidance. He told me plainly what would work, what would not and why. When he directed me away from my original idea he did it tactfully and with grace. The results of this tattoo are so far beyond my original thoughts I am just amazed.

I don't know about the sexual harassment, but I'll tell you about my experience. A few years ago, on my 40th birthday, I booked a tattoo appointment with Clayton, to get a skull tattooed on my hand. Everything was fine. He was tattooing my hand, and then he dropped his phone. Yes, he spent the entire encounter on the phone. I didn't care; I didn't want to talk to him; I didn't know him, and he seemed a little weird. NBD I am weird as well. Instead of taking of his glove and then picking up the phone, he picked up the phone with the gloved hand he was tattooing me with. Then he continued his conversation and the tattoo. Had I known better or had the ability to stick up for myself, I would have told him that's disgusting - change your gloves. (It’s on camera so fight you’re momma not me.) But I didn't. On the plus side I don't have AIDS or hepatitis from it, and the negative side is it's still gross. Then he had a conversation with his apprentice about a tattoo artist from the town I was born in. (It was about his said artist and how he did his best work under the influence. To Clayton’s credit he did stick up for the artist) For some reason, I know the random gossip about that town. He corrected her in front of me in a way that was entirely disrespectful to her. Almost three years later, the tattoo is pulling out a little, but it still looks fine. He's an odd dude; the tattoo is okay. I'm sorry you had a horrible experience; my experience was just kind of meh. I won't go back; I won't recommend. I have the protection of being fat and middle-aged. I'm sorry you don't.

If I could give a 10-star review, I would. I came in for a peacock feather tattoo, and Clayton exceeded all of my expectations. He was patient, professional, and highly communicative throughout the process, taking the time to discuss placement, size, and every detail to ensure the design was exactly what I envisioned. I had spent a considerable amount of time researching tattoo artists and reaching out to several in the area. While many were talented, none were able to capture the elegance, femininity, and beauty I was looking for until I found Clayton. His artistic ability and attention to detail truly set him apart. What impressed me most was that Clayton took the time to understand me and my vision rather than imposing his own ideas. He listened carefully, respected my preferences, and brought my concept to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented artist who genuinely cares about his clients and their experience.

Every time me or my partner want tattoos we always think of Clayton first he did such an amazing job and he really takes pride and joy in doing each tattoo will always come back!
