Phantom 8 Tattoo & Piercing

Me and a friend went in for piercings and the piercer Drea just seemed very uncaring and as if she didn’t want to be there. she didn’t give us much aftercare instruction and told me to come back in 2-3 weeks for a downsize i came back and she told me it was still to swollen to downsize so i should come back in a week, i did that and when coming back she basically told me that no i don’t have to downsize. i went to a different piercing shop and they told me the opposite and i downsized there. My friend had gone in after two weeks because she would worried about infection and Drea seemed to not care about her worry and brushed it off and made her feel stupid for even worrying about it in the first place. We have gotten other piercings in the past and usually have had a great experience so this was unexpected.

My bff and I got nipple piercings today! I’ve been to this shop a dozen times now and it’s the same experience every single time. Cleanliness 10/10, Customer Service 10/10, Piercers 10/10. We’re both very happy with the results and Krisha was extremely sweet, understanding and soft handed! I’m always recommending this shop when I get the chance. They also use internally threaded jewelry which can unfortunately be hard to find at shops! They are on the more expensive side but in the end for the results and healing process, it’s 100% worth it. I just got my nose pierced here today and Stacie was awesome. She was so informative and kind and reassuring. The person working the front desk (I feel horrible that I didn't get their name) was great too! The shop was clean, tons of jewelry options, beautiful art. And fast too! I came on my lunch break to get the piercing done. I will definitely be back!

I’ve had multiple piercings here over time, and every single experience has been amazing. The shop is always clean, welcoming and professional, which makes the whole process so comfortable. I usually get pierced by Stacy, and she is absolutely fantastic, super knowledgeable, patient and always makes me feel at ease. Today I had Krisha for the first time, and she did such a great job! She was friendly, precise, and made the whole appointment smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I love it!
