I was so happy with my experience at The Chrysalis. They did a great job at explaining the type of earring I should get along with pricing. I was very nervous, but it went smoothly. Patrick did my earlobe and helix piercing and did a great job at explaining the process and after care. I would highly recommend going here!

I've come to this place mutiple times to get a total of six piercings from them all over both my ears. It is calmest environment I've ever had with peircings and I've never felt overwhelmed or rushed. I love the intimate setting of only haveing one piercer and being able to take my time to choose the jewelry. I would recomend this place to everyone and anyone who wants to get a new piercing.

Patrick, my go to piercer (for 20 so far), was available for a 2 hour appointment session and completed piercings for me and 4 of my friends, 9 piercings in total. Excellent experience, and I have come to enjoy this amazing location. It's smaller and more intimate than Colfax. The decor and design choices are fabulous.

Blake was amazing! She did my piercings today and was absolutely lovely and so professional. She made me feel very confident and I'm in love with the results. The building is also super cool and the general atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get pierced.

Teenager wanted a ear piercing and nose ring, so we called ahead when we were in town for a softball tournament to understand appointments and whether they take walk ins (due to the uncertainty of the play times) Ophelia was very accommodating- she patiently explained the pricing model (super reasonable) and asked that we call and check for walk ins availability once we were done playing due to the need of after piercing care. We called as soon as the team was done playing on Sunday, and we were able to make it just before they closed at 5p. The place is absolutely adorable from the outside and clean and functional inside. They had a wide range of products from what I could see (def not an expert though). Ophelia said they would start getting everything ready (and we were out of there in 40 mins from start to finish!) We knew what we wanted so the choices were made quickly. Patrick, our piercing tech? Explained that we should go for a stud first not a ring due to my teen’s lifestyle. We were happy to follow their advice. Marking were made (we bowed to their expertise and were pretty happy with the result!!), process explained, paperwork shown, consent signed, piercing done, payment made and we have a happy teen! After care was explained thoroughly. One thing to note - CO has different legal requirements than CA so we needed an electronic copy of my teen’s birth certificate as well my ID, and I signed a consent on her behalf. This was explained to me earlier and I had the required docs on Gdrive which I was able to share easily with them. We spent about $250 with tax and tip.
