You wont regret it! I have been going to this shop for years and have recommended both locations at every opportunity. All of the staff are friendly and inviting which is one of the reasons both my wife and I have trusted them with our work. Each artist masterfully fuses their own vision, technique, and imagination with your individual request, turning ideas into exceptional, personalized artwork. After countless sessions, I keep coming back for more. The artists are incredibly talented and take the time to talk through every detail, making sure you get exactly what you want—and leave with a piece you’ll be proud of for life. I want to preface this with the tattoo itself turned out amazing! But otherwise, I was pretty annoyed with the experience I had with this shop. I initially scheduled an appointment in the sugarhouse location, specifically because it is close enough to my house to not drive, otherwise I would've booked at an entirely different shop. I went in 3 times. First, for an estimate, then walked in to get the tattoo, but had to schedule an appointment, 3rd to get the tattoo. Each time I came in, I got told a different amount for how much the tattoo would be.. I get that they're estimates.. but getting an estimate just for the end amount being $100 more.. really threw me. The biggest thing that rubbed me the wrong way was having to go to another location tho.. I got called a couple hours before the appointment and they were like "yeah, your artist decided to be at a different location" like ??? if I have to cancel 48 hours in advance to not lose my deposit, they should have to inform me 48 hours in advance too if things change.. or idk.. stick to your appointment at the location scheduled at??

I love the work but my tattoo is completely blown out. Gerald is SO heavy handed his work is great, but he should stick to people with less delicate skin. I’m very unhappy because now I have to pay even more money to for laser tattoo removal to fix the blow out. Will not be going back.

Clean, professional with great customer service. Walked in with a party of four and tattoo artist Gerald immediately helped us design our individual tattoos while apprentice Gionni efficiently ran the front desk in a friendly, positive and courteous manner. The tattoos were fair priced as well. Easily the best tattoo parlor in Salt Lake City or in all of America.
