So friendly, and informative. Max was an amazing artist and conversationalist! If you're planning on your first tattoo or adding onto a collection Spotted Panther is definitely the way to go, Max was kind, and willing to work with me to get the exact design I wanted. He always gave warnings and explained why he did what and the exact science and technique of it all. He proves that you don't need to hack into and smash into skin to get bold beautiful lines and colors!
