walked in to get my nose pierced and was handled with care and professionalism by gilbert. he noticed i was sweating when i came in so he made sure to face the fan my way and make me comfortable before the piercing. everything went fast and smooth! will be back to get a tattoo very soon!

My brother and his girlfriend went to get anniversary tattoos and I got a butterfly tattoo, they were amazing!! So respectful and shop was super duper clean!! Whole experience was worth it loved absolutely loved!! 5 stars for Gilbert and Nico 🤗!!

I’ve gotten all 3 of my tattoos from West Side Tattoo and I have been happy with every single one. The store has a very calm and welcoming vibe, and each artist is able to carry great conversation. Each experience is unique but just as fun as the last, and the artists make it a comfortable place to be. There is lots of skill and talent in that shop and it will always be my favorite place to get ink. The artists are open to suggestions and always willing to make adjustments to their work when asked.

I came here with my wife to get matching tattoos with our friends. AMAZING! Gilbert was not just an amazing artist he also made the experience fun and memorable. You can tell he absolutely loves what he does. His line work is top notch! If I lived here I would absolutely make this my tattoo studio. I certainly will be back when I visit Phoenix!
