Best piercer I've ever had. Didn't even feel the needle. Very knowledgeable and he even changed out the jewelry when it was ready.

I can’t recommend Charles enough. From the very first tattoo, he made me feel comfortable and took the time to make sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. His work is incredibly clean, and the quality speaks for itself. My memorial tattoo for my mom means the world to me, and I’m grateful for the care and artistry Charles put into creating it.

Hi I’m Nyah, I wanted to leave this review to help others before being peirced at this shop. The guy at the front desk is respectful, patient and very helpful. The piercer I got pierced by wore glasses beard n somewhat long hair. He set up everything before I got to the back, which was odd in it self I feel that preparing my jewelry and already having on gloves before we get in the room was pretty unsettling and unsanitary. but I let it go, then when I proceeded to lie down to get peirced I looked at the jewelry, that was laid out before I even got to the back and my bar was extremely short for the size of my lips. He didn’t even size my lip before choosing a bar size for me! I have very full lips, and I told him I wasn’t comfortable with that size of jewelry because I had jewelry sink in my lip before and he proceeded to say he wasn’t going to change it, n I can just come back. Which I shouldn’t have to do? But I proceeded! i felt unsettled about being pierced by him but we drove far and I had already paid, I knew that bar would sink and my lip just as I stated. Moving forward I called the shop a few days later, & let the guy at the front desk know what was going on. and I asked him was there someone else I could go to when I come in. And he said there’s a guy that been there for years I can go to, so I came in that day And I forgot his name but he wore glasses face and head tats cool and kind and short. he listen to me and switched out the size of my jewelry with no problem because it was sinking in my lip and my inner lip and in the outer, but the damage was already done. My skin got damaged with the jewelry sinking ! Now the skin around my pericing hurts I’m just trying to help someone they may be thinking about getting peirced here to be vigilant, and if someone is denying you a longer bar and you know your body don’t get priced by them.

I haven’t gotten anything done at this place, so I cannot speak on the behalf of if their services are well done or not, but what I can say is that do NOT book using squareup.com that’s listed as their booking website, its inaccurate. Booked an appointment for 12:30 PM, came in at 12:20 and was informed that the piercer wasn’t going to be in till 2 pm.. I also had messaged the manager/owner (whoever) about needed documentation to get a piercing, do not get me wrong whoever I was communicating with responded fast, despite that I had messaged them at 3 am, and was very helpful and informative, but I also told whoever I was messaging that my appointment was booked for 12:30. pm, couldn’t of they had told me the piercer wasn’t going to be in till 2 pm, or perhaps had even give me a call/text in the morning? From what I’m reading their services are well done, I just think that they need to work on their appointment set up system, because I had also driven to the other side of town to get to this place and ended up wasting a whole hour.

Went yesterday with my girlys to go get a piercing and for a friend to get her hand tattoos done and everything was really clean and everyone was super friendly we had a blast with my friends artist and her tattoos came out crispy & clean they look phenomenal! Definitely going back to them for anything I may need done. And the man that did my piercings was super friendly and gentle I honestly felt it but pain was very minimal. Come here.
