The staff here is mostly very friendly and helpful. I did have a small issue when I arrived just after 11:00 AM, the online opening time, and was told they don't open until 11:30 AM. The employee was very apologetic about turning me away, but it's worth noting the time discrepancy if you plan to visit early Edit: I appreciate the owner’s response and the gesture of waiving the fee. To clarify, the service was just a quick jewelry change (screwing an end onto a philtrum bar I already had in). While I understand construction creates challenges, the crew was on a pause when I arrived. It was 100 degrees outside, so it was disappointing not to be invited to wait inside the air conditioning since the studio was staffed. I appreciate the gesture, but a little extra hospitality in the extreme heat would have gone a longer ways

Clean with a fun wonderland atmosphere! I Took my daughter to get her nosed pierced and the process was great! All my questions were answered and myself and my daughter were very pleased with process and excellent customer service!

Jenn and Wes are the absolute best! They pierced my daughter's ears for her birthday and walked her through the entire process! They were so kind and patient with her! She didn't even feel it with their magic! If your kiddos need their ears done or you're looking for a shop that genuinely cares about it's clients then Down The Rabbit Hole is where you need to be!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. I got a double helix piercing on both ears done by Matt, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. He was incredibly courteous, professional, and clearly very skilled at what he does. From start to finish, he explained everything in detail, which immediately put me at ease. This was a bit of an impulsive decision for me, so I wasn’t completely sure about placement—but Matt’s recommendation was phenomenal. The final result is beyond what I imagined. They look amazing, perfectly placed, and honestly… I’m obsessed. What really stood out was how attentive and intuitive he was throughout the process. He walked me through each step, told me when to breathe, and even gave me something to squeeze to help manage the discomfort. At one point, he noticed I was about to pass out—before I even said anything—and immediately stepped in with water and candy. That level of awareness and care made such a difference, and I genuinely don’t think I would’ve spoken up on my own. The studio itself was also spotless, and I really appreciated the private space for piercings—it made the experience feel even more comfortable and professional. I’m from out of town but have family in the area, and I will absolutely be coming back for any future piercings or tattoos. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out—from the placement to the jewelry. Highly, highly recommend.

10/10 experience all around! Every artist in there was unbelievably helpful and personable. You can tell they’re experts at what they do! The vibes of the shop are adorable and everything was super clean. I got 4 piercings in total from them across two different appointments and I’m truly happy with them! Definitely stop at Down The Rabbit Hole if you’re looking for a fun new piercing in Vegas! 😊
