This is my third time being tattooed by Olivia but it is by far the biggest piece I've ever committed to. I can't get over how stoked I am with the finished tattoo! Every step of the way I felt like she listened to my needs and the process was fluid and natural. The actual needle poking was also relatively painless to me too. I've only been tattooed by Olivia so I don't have any other bar set but she has to have a light touch if this is what it always feels like. During the tattoo she offered me breaks whenever I felt stir crazy, kept me distracted with steaming services, plus the music and conversation were great too so I felt like time flew by. I loved that she charged a flat rate so I knew exactly what I was getting into and I never felt rushed or like the clock was ticking away. My eventual goal is to turn my entire arm into a circuit board, layering in fantasy and outdoor realism, but I always fear looking branded or just having "random" tattoos. Olivia's art feels like the exact opposite of that fear, being whimsical and organic, like I'm a literal canvas for art coming to life. When I look at this specific piece that's exactly how I feel! My two worlds of computer fantasy colliding with my love for the outdoors and nature. The tattoo flows freely from the circuit board outward and upward across my arm like it's growing and moving, while still holding the cybernetic theme I wanted! I will absolutely be returning to get more work done and eventually have my whole arm finished. Thank you so much for this incredible art.

I got my first tattoo at 18b Tattoo. My artist was Krys. I opted to get some fine line work and i absolutely love it. I loved it so much that I went back and got a second tattoo. I love the vibe of this shop, all the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The shop is very beautifully decorated and they take cleanliness very seriously. They have tons of idea options for you to look at for inspiration.

We were in Vegas for a girls trip and wanted to each leave with a tattoo representing the trip. We started off going to a tattoo shop well known in Vegas for having multiple locations but they were not the vibe we were looking for. Went on to Google reviews and found 18b just down the block. From the moment we walked in we felt completely comfortable in the shop. We were met by Marcos at the door where we explained that we each wanted a different tattoo and we're unsure of location, style, or size, but we wanted to make sure that we were completely in love considering two of us had never gotten a tattoo before. He was extremely patient with each of us and answered our questions, helped design our tattoos and placement concerns. Everything with patience and understanding. We felt completely validated. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who asks and Marcos by name. Thank you for putting the cherry on top of such an amazing trip to Vegas.

What stands out to me most about 18b Tattoo is how genuinely they cared about creating the perfect tattoo for me….. From the moment I walked in, the shop vibe was welcoming, relaxed, and creative. The artist (Tyson) took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure every detail was understood before getting started. His professionalism, attention to detail, and incredible artistry were evident throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend 18b to anyone looking for talented artists and a great overall experience.

Olivia created my DREAM tattoo. She is incredibly talented, a skilled tattoer, and honestly blew away my expectations (which we're already high because Ive been following her work for a while and knew already that she's a heavy hitter). She expertly synthesized my reference photos and was collaborative and supportive of my ideas, while providing spot on advice, which led to some pretty amazing art. Precise, professional, kind, and easy to be around, Olivia made the session fly by and I walked away with my biggest, and most beautiful tattoo to date. 12/10 would recommend
