What a terrific little tattoo shop. Nested on the edge of Lil Tokyo and East los. The shop is well maintained, organized and hospitable. My artist was Jack, who did an amazing job on my forearm piece. She made sure the design style, placement, and size was to my liking. Worked with efficiency and the results are looking great in my healing process. Thank you jack and kurikara crew for this wonderful tattoo.

After being terrified for 15 years, I finally worked up the courage to get my first tattoo. I found Kurikara Tattoo through extensive research and viewing different artists' portfolios. I can't rave enough about Jakoh. He is incredibly professional and extremely talented. No one can even believe the work he did is real - it's absolutely immaculate! HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks, Jakoh!

I recently received a botched tattoo from another shop and had my spirit killed for getting new tattoos. I decided to put my trust into Kurikara Tattoo with a sleeve that contains a koi, dragon and cherry blossoms. This tattoo came out incredible and I’m so happy with the results. I cannot wait to finish it. My faith in tattoos has been restored.

Above and beyond happy with my Japanese tiger tattoo. Jakoh was extremely professional, knowledgeable and incredibly talented. The amount of detail is still blowing me away. Highly recommend.
