The owner was so kind and accommodating. He did my tattoo and was able to replicate the exact design I wanted. The wait wasn’t long and we were offered a beverage quickly. The lines of the tattoo were clean and crisp, and the placement was perfectly centered where I wanted it. The tattoo process felt efficient but not rushed. The shop itself looks so cool. It’s clean and tidy, easy to navigate, and very interesting to look at. He’s got lots of Star Wars memorabilia and cool statues!! Overall 10/10 experience for my friend and I!

From the very first text conversation to walking out with my first tattoo, this place exceeded every expectation. Scheduling was effortless, and the team was responsive and helpful right from the start — sharing references and answering my initial questions in a way that gave me real confidence before I even stepped in. When I visited, the owner (Cesar) was welcoming, took the time to listen to my idea in detail, and introduced me to the artist (Scarlett) who would be bringing it to life. What truly stood out was the flexibility and genuine care the team showed. My artist had to start her day before the shop opened just to accommodate my schedule — that kind of commitment is rare and says everything about their professionalism. They also prepared me thoroughly with pre-session instructions, which made a real difference. On the day of the session, my artist came ready with multiple design variations. I chose one, requested a few tweaks, and she incorporated them quickly and precisely. Over 5+ hours, she was patient, communicative, and always made sure I knew what to expect — especially when something was going to be uncomfortable. That level of attentiveness made the whole experience feel safe and collaborative. The end result is stunning. I am absolutely in love with my tattoo. She also made sure I left with clear aftercare instructions, and following them has been easy. The shop itself has a wonderful ambience — the kind of space that puts you at ease. These are true professionals who are passionate about their craft and their clients. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. 🙏

Recently moved to LA and wanted a very important chest piece done. The tattoo was beyond what I expected in quality and detail. Cesar is a master of his craft and he is a great human being as well. The studio itself has so much passion and love put into the decor. I am beyond glad that I chose to go to Black Tower for this chest piece and I will 100% be returning in the future for future projects. If I could, I would give this shop more than five stars.

I love this place, I think they’re definitely going to be my go to. I went for their Friday the 13th flash sheets, and wow! They had so many options, and reasonably priced! They all have amazing customer service and are all very sweet. Shout out to Scarlett! She does amazing art work and has a delicate hand on the machine, didn’t even feel my tattoo and she was as excited as I was for the tattoo! Definitely recommend her! Bonus: they have a very cool gift shop.

They were amazing! They answered all my questions, were very attentive throughout the whole process, and made me feel comfortable. The work came out incredible I absolutely love my tattoo! Highly recommend.
