I came in yesterday wanting to redo my nose stud piercing. Piercer Angie was very sweet and quick. Will be going back to get more piercings by Angie 😊

This is a very unprofessional tattoo shop. I know that reviews cause no damage but I need people to know that they truly don’t care about what they do to customers bodies. I went in for the February Friday 13th deal. I wanted a design on the 2x2 sheet. When they were ready I pointed out that the design looked small. Two different people confirmed that was the correct size. The whole interaction was quiet, he didn’t even give aftercare directions he just handed me a card. I was there very early so there was no line, so why did I feel rushed , not sure. After I go home and watch their stories on instagram i see that my tattoo was indeed incorrect and they gave me a 1x1. I go back the next day and they question me a lot saying I should’ve said something and they even blamed the fact that my tattoo artist mainly spoke Spanish so there was a language barrier… I mean this is the heart of LA so… Im slightly grateful they gave me back the $20 different but I really wanted them to take accountability, which they haven’t they just make joke videos on instagram about the situation. This is sad to see I wish I could support brown pride tattoo but you guys are a joke and completely unprofessional, the whole staff is very young and inexperienced when dealing with customers.

Very good customer service, called in to see how much the running total for a few different piercing would be. Answered promptly and kept it real. They explained to me their process as well as supplies. I didn’t actually get mine done here but would love to try them out in the future due to their professionalism.

They were very nice but they did my friends eyebrow piercing wrong, they didn’t use clamps and they didn’t give her a long enough bar. now we have to find a place where we live who will change the bar out. Her skin is eating the ball becoming a bigger hole and her eyebrow is not even swollen yet. The girl doing the piercing said on my piercing she gave me a longer bar for swell but didn’t say this for my friend. This piercing is either not going to stay in or we have to find someone who will change it for us and a lot of places won’t if they weren’t the one who did it. We live far from La and were just visiting. The girl was very very nice but she needs to use proper care and tools especially on a surface piercing like this one.

I finally got the Ashley piercing which has been a great change. I had it done at Brown Pride Tattoo and Piercings. Both locations on Main st. Have piercers that have a good gentle hand cause I didn’t feel but a small pinch and it was done quickly. I recommend getting your piercings done here.
