Eoin helped me switch out nipple piercing jewelry I hadn’t had changed in about a decade, and I purchased some clear filler jewelry for my Medusa piecing. I had no idea of the gauge or any information. He was very gentle and made the experience a 10/10! I was provided a sheet with my gauge and even offered a number to text and send links to online if I were to consider purchasing jewelry elsewhere. They would confirm if it was good jewelry. eoin did a fantastic job on my tongue piercing and louis did my downsize for me a couple weeks later, they were very informative and patient with me :D both of them are friendly and super awesome at talking you through the processes of healing and aftercare. i would definitely come back here if/whenever i decide to get more piercings done!

I got 3 piercings done by Louis, upper lobe pair and conch. I am super happy with the results. He was professional and personable. I told him I wanted a cartilage piercing and wasn't sure where a good placement was for the piercing as I wear AirPods and ear pro over the ears for work. He suggested the conch and he was right! I had no problem with my ear pro. Thanks, Louis! I'll definitely be coming back to get more piercings in the future. ☺️

This shop is awesome! The staff were kind and enthusiastic about the piece I was getting. It seems like the whole place is filled with talented artists, I was impressed by every tattoo I saw being done during my 4 hours in the chair. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with my own tattoo. Manny was kind, professional, and informative. I live out in Sacramento, but I will happily commute to get my work done by Manny.

What a gem, and I'm really glad this shop is so close by - I was finally able to get a pretty significant project I've been wanting for years! Johanna is AWESOME - kind, easy to get along with, respectful and a great host. I really enjoyed the 15 hours / 5 sessions total I spent in there and after the first session she never needed a reminder of what we were doing or why. Huge recommend if you want some sick weeb art on you! As for the shop, it's clean, fun, and friendly. You can tell that everybody in there really cares about the clients' comfort and is excited to be there. Lots of snacks for mid-session sugar and carb hits, and lots of check-ins to make sure you're feeling okay during the session. Thanks VBM folks for the sick art and good times! See you for the next one! Edit: Since this review I've been back a bunch more times, for two more tattoos and a couple of piercings too. The whole staff is great - coming here is always so much fun!
