So incredibly content with my new lily tattoo 🌸 From the moment I walked in the artists were so friendly and sweet. A huge thank you to Amy who was not only incredibly talented but also so kind and welcoming. The entire session was great Amy and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even bringing me water and snacks throughout. If you’re looking for high quality work and a really positive welcoming atmosphere this is the place to go!

I had the best experience with Charle!! She is very talented, knowledgeable, and professional! I have gotten 3 tattoos from Charle over the last few months and they all turned out great!! I love getting small, dainty tattoos and her attention to detail is superb!! She really goes above and beyond, is very patient and will help you figure out the perfect placement, size etc. so that your tattoo will be perfect!! Charle is the best tattoo artist in the area!!

They're extremely nice, the friendliest people I've ever met. Their prices are also very reasonable. My first tattoo with them was 2 small walk-in pieces, and I had such a good experience. After trying a few other places, I valued Nov work and professionalism, so I came back for another tattoo. My second experience was just as amazing. They really respect your opinion and make sure you're happy w the results, because at the end of the day, it's your tattoo. Highly recommend! Khanh, Ami and Charlie are such sweet and lovely people :)

Found this place thru a friend and booked it right away! Saw their IG and the style was totally my vibe 🥹🫶🏻 Everyone there is so sweet. I had to go twice since I had to go home and watch my baby 😂 but both artists did such a good job. I’m into fine-line tattoos—they look so soft and clean, and they did exactly what I wanted! Helll yeaaaahhh~ Highly recommend this studio! They speak English and Vietnamese so it's super easy. They really care about the customers too, felt just like home 🫂 Huge thanks to sister K. and sister Ami for the amazing tattoos! I had an amazing experience at NO.11 studio, and would absolutely recommend this place if you're planning on getting a tattoo. From the very first consultation, the staff was really friendly, welcoming, and patient. They took their time to really listen to what I wanted, especially since it was my first tattoo, they took their time on making sure if the design, placement, and overall style is what i was comfortable with. They asked thoughtful questions and sketched out ideas on the spot to help me see what might make the tattoo look better. What really stood out to me was how much they truly cared about making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and did not rush me at all. They helped me schedule an appointment that fit perfectly with my availability and they made the process very stress free. On the day of the tattoo, I was pretty nervous since it was my first time, though they immediately made me feel comfortable, they double checked the design with me, and offered helpful suggestions for improvement and they made sure I approved every single detail before starting the tattoo. Throughout the entire process, they were all very patient, kind, and very attentive. The final result of the tattoo turned out better than I imagined, and I couldn't be happier. If you want to get a tattoo and you're looking for a clean, professional, and genuinely caring tattoo shop, this is most definitely the place to go.
