Shop owner very rude and thinks he can talk about anyone anytime not cool especially when he thinks talking about deceased people is okay :(

A week before the 4th of July, I stopped by Luna’s Tattoo Studio hoping to connect with Erika (whose tattoo designs I’ve always loved), but I knew she might be busy. That’s when I met Andres, and from the moment we started talking, I knew I was in the right place. Andres immediately encouraged me to reach out to Erika to book an appointment, but as we talked, I started asking for his professional opinion on the tattoos I wanted. I’m extremely picky when it comes to tattoos and the experience around them, and Andres took the time to share his professional insight, letting me know that some of the areas I wanted might be hard to heal. We went back and forth on designs, placement, and ideas, and I was so impressed by his honesty, dedication, and knowledge that, for the first time ever, I booked my appointment on the spot for the 4th of July. Fast forward to today: I’m beyond grateful I found Andres. The emotion, passion, and skill he brings to his work are incredible. Now that my tattoo has healed, I get compliments everywhere I go, even from people who usually don’t like tattoos. That’s how good his work is. Andres, I can’t thank you enough for your art, dedication, and the amazing piece you created for me. I’m truly honored to wear your work, and I tell everyone that Luna’s Tattoo Studio is the place to go for an incredible tattoo experience and talented artists. I came to this tattoo shop 3 times to see Antonio. Each time he was 1-2 hours late. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after the first session he was late to. But he consistently showed up an hour late, leaving me to wait outside the door until some other artist opened the shop. I had hoped to continue working with him since I wanted all the work done on my arm to be from one artist. I started a sleeve tattoo with him and recently contacted him to finish it up. He left me on read and has not responded since. After my tattoo was fully healed I realized that it had missing pieces to it. I was very unhappy. Antonio is very unprofessional and it goes to show a lot about what this shop has to offer. Please, do not go to this shop. RUN.
