Was there last night for the Friday the 13th event. Prices were amazing & the artwork was amazing as well. But it was disappointing on how unorganized the front desk was, How unprepared the piercer and artist were as well. Wait times were okay at the start until the artist weren't communicating with the front desk. My friends and I showed up early to put our selfs on the piercings list. We were the first ones on sed list. Again we showed up 4:55pm. We didn't get our piercings until 8:31pm. Front desk never went by sed list until someone ccomplained even then front desk allowed people just to go up. Please work on this for future events.

My 18 year old son got his first tattoo by Joe and it was great. Very professional. I have high commendations for the artist and this business.

Honestly, it's the best spot to get pierced at!!! Nice and fast and clean and FRIENDLY!! SABRINA did my ears shes the best she took her time to make sure they were alighned and Frank did my tongue 👅 I was mega scared but it healed in a few months to my surprise. Thank you sooo much for making my experiences smooth I don't have tattoos but if i ever doooo Joe and Joey are EPIC TOOO.

I went and got a spur of the moment tattoo on Black Friday, Joey did it and was amazing through the whole process. He was very nice and thoughtful of comfort/pain. All around the experience was awesome and I will definitely be going back on the future!

AMAZING work!!! Great customer service and reasonable prices. I've personally gotten 3 pieces already from Joe and plan to return for more. Very happy with my tattoos!
