High Rollers art studio

Where to even begin… I will say it was Friday the 13th and the artists have been tattooing for 12+ hours. I completely understand. But I waited for 6 hours, by the time I finally got in the doorway the studio is very small. Artists were taking shots as well as smoking bud. I had intentions on getting multiple tattoos but I had to stop after one because my artist was shaky and not all there, the tattoo is small and required all black. The artist was DIGGING in my wrist. I’ve gotten my elbows tattooed, ankles, and hand tattoos. Nothing compared to how hard this guy was digging in. THIS GUY DIDNT EVEN SWAP OUT GLOVES AND STILL WAS WEARING HIS GLOVES FROM THE PREVIOUS PERSON. Touching his phone, everything. Now I’m left with a shaky tattoo that isn’t even filled in all the way that I’ll have to get fixed. My friend was at the artist next to me and she had a great experience and her tattoos came out super cute. But when waiting for 6+ hours just to leave with this was so disappointing. Like I said I’ll give slack for them tattooing all day, I get it. But when you’re also taking SHOTS?! They also had a family in there for hours with CHILDREN WITH THEM INSIDE THE STUDIO. They looked to be a 3 month old baby and a 2 year old till 1 am. Complete chaos. I know $26 flash is a complete steal but it’s so not worth it for the experience and the work you get done and the cleanliness of these artists. so saddened by this experience as I love Friday the 13th tattoo flashes but wow. Children, alcohol, and other substances is crazy. Go somewhere else if you want good quality and a sterile environment.

High rollers art studio is a fantastic place to get a first tattoo experience they have several incredible artist and do amazing art work, they’re always clean and professional amazing tattoo artist here and they will meet all your needs, I’ve been going here for quite some time and was told by a buddy of mine to check this place out ever since then and meeting lefty the left man, I can’t say that I would go anywhere else the staff here are genuine they have great music playing and offer both English and Spanish speaking artist. Highly recommend this place I brought my girlfriend here for her graduation piece and she receives nothing but amazing compliments, if you guys are looking for incredible tattoo work that are gonna stand the time and get you looks and compliments check high rollers out give any of their artist a chance to shine and be ready for the awesome experience you’ll receive. This place has tons of parking located behind the little plaza they’re in and is near a Starbucks and has some food spots near by as well, I’ve included some of the art pieces lefty as done for me and my lady, so if you’re looking for stand out tattoos give them your business highly professional and always a fantastic experience.

I recently visited High Rollers for a tattoo, and the experience was beyond exceptional. I've been a client for the past year and every time I come in, the staff is inviting. The artist who worked with me was incredibly skilled, taking my ideas and elevating them into a piece of art that exceeded all my expectations. The workspaces are sterile, it smiles nice inside, the lighting is immaculate and they are making great efforts to update all of their cabinetry. I'm always genuinely impressed by the quality of work and the level of service provided. It's clear that they not only prioritize excellence in tattoo artistry but also in ensuring a great experience for their clients. I recommend them to everyone who asks about my artwork. Another thing I really appreciate from them is their involvement in the community with other businesses, and the connections they make with surrounding businesses. It's a great place and you can always expect great work.

This review is LONG OVERDUE.. As a tattoo collector I am very specific about who I go to and quality, talent, expertise and trust weighs heavy into that. I can say now having a good amount of my body done there is no one I trust more than High Rollers Art Studio. Lefty is a master of his craft and this is easily THE BEST studio in San Jose and quickly becoming the best in Northern California it’s not even close. From the first piece Lefty did for me I knew right there this is the artist I’ll stick with to finish the rest of my body suit. We started with my hands and did my left arm sleeve, neck, throat, fingers, legs and my whole head You can’t go wrong with any of the artists in there they are all highly talented and have years of experience (a rarity in todays tattoo shop environment). They are not stuck in their ways they continually get better and better and that translates to you the customer. Any negative reviews boils down to this… You weren’t clear in your idea, you have too many opinions, or you just straight up lying. Please for anyone reading this do your homework on tattoo etiquette and how to convey your ideas to your artist. Key word being artist if you can’t let trust your artist please go find someone else that will blindly follow your “idea” and in the end you will be unhappy with the work provided and overcharged because you didn’t let your artist flow creatively. Do your homework, trust your artist, be deposit ready and get you work done that will be one of a kind that looks day one even after it heals. Hit them up you won’t be disappointed..
