Industrial provides an excellent piercing experience! The full staff appear passionate about their artistry and providing a positive experience for the people, and that’s really lovely to witness. The studio itself is immaculately clean yet cozy, and creatively decorated. The staff who greeted me and helped me pick out jewelry were very warm and professional. My piercer Carlos was wonderful! Not only did he give me two perfectly symmetrical nostril piercings but he patiently made sure I was completely happy with my piercing placements, and encouraged me to have input and review multiple pilot hole locations before starting. He also clearly explained his process before and during the piercings. I never felt rushed, the piercing itself was relatively painless, and so far it’s healing beautifully. I arrived on fully booked day, without an appointment, so I expected to wait of course. In that time I observed several staff and client interactions, and want to call out how impressed I was with everyone. Thanks Industrial Staff!

This was my very first ear piercing, and I was honestly extremely nervous because I’m terrified of needles. The staff were so kind and reassuring that they made me feel safe throughout the whole process. The piercing itself wasn’t nearly as painful as I expected—it was just a quick pinch, and it was over before I knew it. I also came back later to have the jewelry changed, and that experience was just as smooth and professional. They have a great selection of jewelry to choose from, and scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I also really appreciated that they followed up on my healing afterward, which made me feel well taken care of. It is a little on the expensive side, but since it was my very first piercing, I felt it was worth paying for the quality, cleanliness, and excellent service. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Nash and Yoli took incredible care of me today! I walked in hoping to be seen for an issue I was having with a piercing (an issue that was my own fault), and Yoli greeted me right away to ask helpful questions. Nash saw me soon after, had extremely valuable advice, then gave me very kind and patient care. I can't recommend the team here enough. I've been coming here for several years and every interaction has been positive. 100/10.

Anna is a piercing goddess! She is truly amazing and professional. The place is super nice, clean, sanitized and the vibes are great too. Anna is super knowledgeable about piercing, she took time to explain all the details and procedures for the piercing, she answered all my questions and very helpful. She is such a pro that I didn't feel pain at all, it was quick. And the price is great, other places charge way too much. They also have a photo for $5 in the booth. I highly recommend this place.
