Went in for a jewelry removal, Carlos was super quick and gentle with my three hard-to-reach cartilage piercings.

Inexperienced, didn't go deep enough and the ink sloughed off after three days despite me following best practices for care. What remained was a very faded tattoo making it look several years old immediately. I told him and he offered to redo it which was cool, but the exact same thing happened! Very friendly dude, but just not a reliable place to get a tattoo I'm afraid. Plus it was patchy with unclean lines after the slough. All it was was a basic geometric object and still I get these results. At least it's not anywhere where people can see it.

I came in to get a piercing jewelry change and the piercer I was with was kind professional and efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and that's counting the five minutes it took me to find the shop! I will definitely be coming back as I had a great experience and will be recommending to everyone I know. Have come multiple times now and everytime I have a great experience!

Carlos is very talented and helped me when I needed to get my forward helix jewelry reinserted and he gave me great advice for any future ear jewelry. I was a walk in and he was able to see me. Would definitely recommend and return.
