Walked in with a simple tat idea that the tattooist thoughtfully improved for me, left with a more beautiful tattoo than imagined. The staff were helpful and personable. Highly appreciated and highly recommended~!

My GF and I have been in here for her nose piercing issues (from a different shop) and Evan has hooked us up every time. Dudes been so helpful every time despite us not getting pierced here. So today, I decided to pull the trigger on a nostril piercing. Decided to have Ash, his apprentice pierce it and she did PHENOMENAL. So gentle, explained everything clear and concise, and made the whole process easy. Go get pierced!

Three and a half years ago, I walked into this shop and started a tattoo with another artist. Life happened, and at one point I was going through a serious bipolar episode. Instead of enabling bad behavior, the owner sat me down and told me, very directly but respectfully, to come back when I got my shit together. At the time, that wasn't what I wanted to hear. Looking back, it was exactly what I needed to hear. I eventually did get my life back on track. When I came back, he welcomed me without judgment, finished the tattoo himself, and refused to charge me. Not only did he finish it, he enhanced it and made it better than the original vision. That gesture tells you a lot about who he is. Over the years I've gotten to know him not just as an artist, but as a man. This is someone who smoked so heavily that he'd have a cigarette lit before he was fully awake. Nineteen years ago he quit cold turkey and still keeps his last pack of Camels. He's also quit caffeine, drugs, and fast food. The man has an incredible amount of discipline and conviction. He doesn't talk much about self-improvement, he just lives it. He's old-school in the best sense of the word. He doesn't care about technology, social media, marketing buzzwords, or looking important online. He cares about doing meaningful work and creating tattoos that matter. Tattooing isn't just his job; it's part of who he is. One of the most interesting conversations we've had was about the shop itself. He told me that if he stopped tattooing tomorrow, the shop would probably close. Most people would hear that as a business problem. I hear it as proof of how much of himself he has poured into what he's built. The shop reflects his standards, his reputation, and his commitment to quality. As both a friend and a business partner, I can say this: the thing that stands out most isn't the artwork, although the artwork is excellent. It's the character behind it. This is a man who tells people the truth when they need to hear it, helps them when they earn it, honors his word, and takes pride in his craft. My tattoo is something I'll carry for the rest of my life, but the lessons I've learned from him have probably had an even bigger impact. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the work, the people he works with, and the legacy he's building, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better tattoo artist or a better human being.

Not to really get into a whole lengthy conversation about this place, but experience was definitely a negative. If I could give them zero stars, I would. From the wrap that they put around her arm, which caused chemical burns that irritated her skin for 2 to 3 weeks to the completely blowing out her entire tattoo and turning the whole inside of her arm blue!!! They talk about honoring their tattoo, but what that consist of is adding a whole bunch of more dumb stuff around Your tattoo that you don’t want completely altering the original tattoo, they try to blame it on you. They even offered to do skin tone tattooing, which would completely alter the color of the inside of her arm between the seasons.. For somebody who says they have 20 years experience It did not show in their work. I hope this review, even if it saves one person from getting a tattoo from this place, my job is done and I will definitely spread the word amongst the people who I know to stay away from this place. i’m pretty sure the guy’s name was Juan.

loved the service :) fun people in there, we had some laughs. i was very nervous for my piercing but they made sure i was comfortable and they were also very informative and realistic about my anatomy. even though i didnt get the piercing i originally had in mind, id much rather go to a shop that will turn me down than give me a piercing that will never heal. i love my dermal that i got instead, i love this place and i will come again!
