Got my septum pierced here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the process is super quick and easy, and Samantha talked me through the whole thing. I felt like my goals were kept in mind the whole time and I didn't feel upsold on the type of jewelry I wanted. Can't recommend enough.

First time at the shop but had heard of it prior with good reviews. First impressions are great and the vibes in the shop are cozy and comfortable with fantastic customer service both from piercing and front desk staff. The piercing (done by Samantha) itself went smoothly and quickly, with all bases being covered regarding jewelry/healing/recommendations. The only complaint one may have is that they are appointment only and run a strict tight ship, but it’s well worth it based on the results. I will be returning to Samantha for anything similar in the future!

I recently had my septum re-pierced after removing my jewelry about two years ago, and I’m so glad I chose this place. I actually found them through the Association of Professional Piercers (APP), which is important to me when choosing a studio. The shop is incredibly professional, clean, and welcoming. I’ve unfortunately had piercings done incorrectly at other places in the past, so I’m very cautious about where I go now. The level of professionalism and care here completely surpassed those experiences. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They also have a great selection of jewelry. I really appreciated that they offer options at different price points—you don’t have to spend a lot, but there are also beautiful higher-end pieces if that’s what you’re looking for. My septum piercing was done by Samantha and it was quick and completely painless. I also love my conch piercing done by Kayla—she did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a clean, professional place to get a piercing done right!

Loved this location and most definitely gona recommend and come back! I was very surprised and excited to see the wide variety of jewelry they have to choose from! Was very please and happy with Samantha, she was very informative in regards to caring for the piercing very quick and gentle didn’t even hurt! we did a dermal anchor but got home and wanted more lol so I booked another appointment to ger another one, very professional and clean and she made me feel very comfortable 🥰 thank you so much! Also the front desk woman was very helpful too very friendly and informative regarding payment and after care as well. Definitely loved the environment and will be recommending to people! Exceptional customer service for sure!!
