Jacob was wonderful — very gentle and kind. I came in on my own to get lip piercings and he made me feel quite at home and cared for. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the piercing experience and with the piercing themselves. Very trans-affirming, so the “LGBTQ+ friendly” in the description is no joke. Would definitely come back when in town.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Jacob was so sweet and kind! I got a naval piercing and he was so gentle and comforting and genuinely just some of the best customer experience ever! If you want to get a piercing this place is not only affordable but just so compassionate!

Jacob was literally a life saver yesterday. Definitely our new go to piercer because of it. We’re new to the area, so I went to a different piercer across the street from us to get new septum jewelry since mine had fallen out. I got a cute one, but it was pretty tight on my nose. A few days later I was experiencing pain around it so I went to Jacob to see if I could get new jewelry. I didn’t realize how bad my nose had been getting until Jacob took a look. It was starting to cut into my nose. He informed me on how bad it could get if I had waited any longer, and he was as wonderfully gentle as he could be with me when removing it from my nose. I got new jewelry and he was even kind enough to take the one he had removed, and put it into my daith for free! It fits perfectly! Thank you again Jacob, you saved my nose!

I came in to have new earrings put in old piercings. I wasn't sure if they closed and Jacob helped me pick out the style and size I wanted that compliments my large ears he was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He popped them bad boys in fast and painlessly. Jacob definitely knows what he's doing and I'll be coming back to size up when it's time and I'll be looking for him.

Jacob serviced both myself and my 7 year old daughter and I have to say he did nothing short of an exceptional, and phenomenal job. My daughter got her ears pierced and he was extremely gentle and reassuring. I’m not at all surprised by the other reviews by parents whom had the same experience. He will absolutely be my go to in the future should I ever want another piercing. Thanks for everything!
