Saw this place while going to make fish. And went in to ask about kid ear libe piercings, they gave me how long it takes and what to bring. My 4 year old was wanting to get her ears pierced, and I did NOT want to go to Claire's or have my sister who kept telling me she could just do it herself for much cheaper.... So it was perfect, you do pay for each piercing and jewelry separately, so it is more expensive then Claire's or DIY. However. You are paying for professionals who know what they are doing, and have great bedside manner. You can also get numbing cream for an extra $20 to help ease the pain for your kids. We did that, and it definitely helped. When you go make sure you have your valid Government ID and your child's birth certificate. My daughter's piercer Danielle was great and was gentle and explained everything to my daughter. She let me check for the placement of the ear piercings before they were done (marked with white). Then she did the first one, got the jewelery in, and did the next. They looked great, then later when we were walking, I looked at the back of one of my daughters piercings was low on the back of her lobe and the jewelry was angled up instead of flat. We finished eating and went back to figure out what to do, and Danielle said she sees what I was talking about and she said they would take out the jewelry, and sanitize it. And we could come back a few days later after the initial piercing hole closed, and then she could re-pierce it and she even refunded the piercing price, which was nice because it was another trip there, but was great customer service all around. I highly recommend for any and all people who want a piercing for their kids or themselves!!!

Love it here, got my first piercing since a kid and Kirsten helped me pick out the perfect jewelry for my helix! I came back for a resize and decided I want more!!!! Look forward to my Tragus and maybe another helix!

Discovered this place right when they opened because my hair stylist is down the street from them and OMG let me tell you....these guys are the best! I got my ears repierced and their selection of earrings are beautiful. Then I took my sister to them and she loved them! Then I took my cousin to them, she is obsessed with her earrings and also had a great experience. THEN....a year later I took my.oldest neice with her mom to get my neices ears pierced and ever time I see her she let's me know how happy she is with her earrings. Everyone I took there had a wonderful painless experience and the team working there are such nice people! My moms birthday is coming up and im going there on Sunday to get her a beautiful pair of earrings from them because she always complimented my earrings everytime she sees me. I would give this place a 10 star if I could!

Absolutely LOVE Pierced Hearts!! My family and I get all our piercings here, they are the best and are so clean and professional. So knowledgeable about body piercings and healing them. This is my favorite piercing spot in the whole Bay Area.

I got a navel piercing here a couple of weeks ago. Everyone was really nice and due to my anatomy suggested a floating navel instead of the traditional piercing. I got the piercing but then had an unrelated hive reaction the following week, causing a lot of swelling on my body including the piercing area. I went back to the shop to get help and even though they were closing, they were nice enough to still let me in and change out my jewelry for a longer bar so it could heal correctly. They were super flexible and I was just really thankful for how kind and willing they were even though I would have been fine to return another time when they were open. Definitely recommend this place due to their stellar customer service.
