Iv been a couple time and usually the owner Chris does mine who I’d recommend.. the past two times Iv gone was during the Friday the 13th deal which isn’t and Chris wasn’t there unfortunately … to start they have 3 different circles for price or sizes but after standing in line for hours it’s always more than the advertisement, but doing something simple like birth years nothing big or detailed and not being able to make the numbers the same size is crazy to me and I don’t understand why anyone would want to go to someone who can’t do something simple, I understand it gets busy but that doesn’t mean you can’t do your job right especially if it’s going to now be on my body forever. I won’t trust them doing another tattoo. Maybe I’ll try a different location

I want to stress that I've had very positive experiences at other Fat Cat locations. Madison Ave. and Carmichael locations have been super clean, professional, and friendly. Sydney in particular did great a while back with my helix piercing! I do not want to bad mouth this business or discourage anyone from checking out the other locations, but today's experience was surprising and unacceptable. Me and a friend were closer to the Greenback location on this occasion and decided to walk in for lobe piercings. Piercer (Kitti) did not check ID or have us sign any consent forms (this is NOT in line with my experiences at other Fat Cat locations). Me and my friend both bled more than we ever had, but one of my ears gushed profusely down my neck/face and onto my shirt. I didn't realize at first, until one of the tattoo artists called after me as I was on my way out to hand me a paper towel. I sat in my car for 10 minutes waiting for the bleeding to slow, unsure whether or not to apply pressure at the risk of jostling the jewelry. None of this felt right, so I called another piercing studio and got seen immediately. They assessed that I had been pierced upwards through my cartilage, and that that ear likely wouldn't have healed at all. I had that piercing removed completely, and had the jewelry on the other replaced and the remaining blood on both ears cleaned up. I know the artists in these shops do good work, but I will not be back to this particular location for a piercing again.
