Rosewater is one of my favorite tattoo shops! I always feel comfortable and welcomed when ever I am getting tattooed. The shop is super cute and clean! The art that Lynn created on my body was above and beyond my imagination, two of my favorite tattoos where done by Lynn!

I love this shop! Always very clean and inviting! I got my hand tattooed by Seven (sevtinywizard) and she did such an incredible job. I love the ink so much! Fair pricing and great communication! I highly recommend the artists here!

Sev has done 3 of my 5 pieces and they are the absolute best. Accommodating, kind, quick, detailed, professional, whatever adjective you want to describe the best tattoo artist put it here. Pictured is my most recent piece. Best shop in pdx hands down

Absolutely wonderful spot! I have been tattooed by Seven, Taylor, and Roxy many times and every piece I have from Rosewater is beautiful. Everyone working there is kind, welcoming, and incredibly talented. Cannot recommend this shop enough! 💖

Found this place from a flash event, after getting a tattoo from Seven I’ve come back multiple times. The shop is clean and comfortable, the artists are professional and do amazing work. My partner and I always are willing to make the extra drive from WA to get our tattoos here because the experience and quality is head and shoulders above anything else we’ve experienced. All of these in the photos were done by Sev!
