This review is long overdue. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and care I received from Jacqueline at The Untattoo Parlor. Every appointment was marked by genuine care, technical precision, and realistic expectations — exactly what you want going into a removal process. The treatments worked as promised, and my tattoos are completely gone. Jacqueline also kept the conversation going and provided welcome distractions during what can be a genuinely painful experience. I highly recommend her for anyone considering tattoo removal! This review is overdue, which lets me write it on the true final result. The work and care given by Jacqueline of The Untattoo Parlor is exceptional. Appointments exhibited her skill, technical precision, and candor with result progress. The removal process went as advertised, never was there upselling or inadequate effort… and now my tattoos are no longer. As someone with fair skin, this seemed nearly impossible, but indeed it was done! Jaqueline also makes easy and enjoyable conversation which are an appreciated distraction during the sessions. The Untattoo Parlor is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking tattoo removal. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the studio was. Jacqueline made the entire experience seamless. She took the time to ensure I fully understood how the removal process works, providing a wealth of information on aftercare and setting very realistic expectations. We discussed a clear timeline and the number of sessions I should expect for either a complete removal or just fading it enough for a cover-up. Throughout the session, Jacqueline was incredibly personable and went out of her way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. For those worried about the sensation, she even offers a numbing option to help dull the pain. I highly recommend her and this shop for their professionalism and transparency!

I’m honestly still processing what happened to me here. Let’s just say Aimee Aplin seemed far more interested in my body than actually doing her job. She looked up my dress while I was lying on the table. I had my legs crossed, hands in my lap, and everything. Oh, and the way she kept checking out my chest? Subtlety is clearly not her strong suit. As for the actual treatment, I got home and realized the lasers barely touched the shaded part of my tattoo (on my neck). I guess attention to detail is optional? She’s a nurse, so you’d assume she knows what she’s doing. But after she hit a nerve and I let her know I was in pain, stopping didn’t seem to be a priority for her. When she pulled the needle out, my shoulder twitched in pain, and then she kept tapping the same area half a dozen more times, making my shoulder twitch over and over, as if she was checking to see if I’d do it again. On both of my visits, she “missed” the same spot with the lidocaine, and when I was obviously in pain, she just kept going, even though on the first session, she said she would stop and put in more lidocaine if that happened. She didn’t bother to make that same offer the second time. I also had to ask her to put tape over the plastic wrap, which she didn’t do the first time either. She basically said, oh, it’s going to fall down and it’s up to you to figure it out. Aimee, if you’re unhappy, maybe try a spa day instead of taking it out on your patients, especially the ones paying your bills. Trans people, I can’t say this enough: save your money. Honestly, women in general might want to think twice, since she went out of her way to share her insecurities about getting older. She acted out of jealousy toward me being young, so I’d bet I’m not the only one who got that special treatment.

I called and spoke with Darcy about scheduling my initial consultation and treatment for my brows. She was very kind and helpful in answering my many questions. Since I'll be traveling from farther away and have to consider winter weather in the Gorge, I was curious about scheduling far in advance and rescheduling if needed. She made me feel at ease about everything and I'm looking forward to seeing Kathleen in March. I will update my review once I receive treatment.

I visited this location about four years ago when tattoo removal sessions were $250 for 30 minutes. I had planned to return, but it seems that something has changed—perhaps the staff or management. Now, they refuse to provide even a basic price estimate without scheduling a consultation. It’s unreasonable to expect potential clients to commit without transparent pricing. This lack of clarity may explain why appointments are so readily available—scheduling as soon as the next day is rarely a good sign.
