WARNING: Unprofessional and sketchy business. Stay away from this tattoo artist. And think twice before giving him a deposit. He didn't give me a mockup until 4am the day of my appointment. When I didn't like it, the earliest he could reschedule me for was 3 months later. he had a whole month to do the mockup! Then he said when we rescheduled, that if he could work me because of a cancellation, he would get me in sooner. Then I see him posting that he is taking walk-ins all day. So I text him and say "Can I ask why you can advertise walk-ins but can't get me rescheduled sooner?" And he tells me that he can't do my work anymore. I said fine just give me my deposit back. At which point he tells me the deposit is non-refundable. While I know that is industry standard, I've never had an artist refuse to do the work. I basically called him out for poor business practices and he retaliated by showing his lack of integrity. There are plenty of talented artists in this city and I've had work done by several others. But I thought I'd try out Bacon's skills because he was recommended to me by a relative because of his color. But his lack of integrity and customer service skills are showing in this business transaction. #tattoosbybacon #divinemomentstattoo

***READ THIS BEFORE YOU PAY A DEPOSIT*** I've never experienced such terrible customer service at a tattoo shop before. Bacon has done work for my friend before so I thought it would be a good idea to recommend him to my mother. He met with her, took an $80 deposit and THE NIGHT BEFORE (4am to be exact) he sends her the mock up. She wrote him in the morning and asked him to make adjustments. He agreed and pushed her appointment two months out. A few weeks later he posts about having openings, so she NICELY messages him asking why she couldn't get an appointment sooner, he asks her if she could've made it and she said yes. He then proceeds to tell her he won't do her work anymore and she won't get her deposit back because she "wasted his time" with a drawing that obviously took him 15 minutes to sketch up AT 4AM. This dude is a joke. There are PLENTY of other talented artists in PDX. Do yourself a favor and avoid working with Bacon or Divine Moments Tattoo

Bacon is one of the best artists in town, his color saturation shows his talent and experience in the industry. Beyond the art he's an amazing person and will ensure your comfort, from the consultation to the appointment it's a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend making an appointment.
