Had an absolute blast at this shop. Starting from when our group came in, everyone was so welcoming and high energy. They are very professional and you could clearly tell every artist loves what they do. I got tattooed by Hannah, her consultation was flawless and her art is impeccable. She was very informative on after care procedure and what not to do to insure the best healing. From my tattoo to the rest of our group that came in you could tell there is a strong attention to details. Absolutely loved this shop, we will definitely be back

I brought my 15-year-old daughter in for an eyebrow piercing, and Austin did an amazing job. He immediately made her feel comfortable and at ease, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Both Austin and the gentleman in the front were so friendly and welcoming, while also making sure she was treating the decision with the maturity it deserves. They made sure she had eaten beforehand, talked through the piercing and aftercare, and even made sure an eyebrow piercing would be a good fit for her before moving forward. It was obvious they genuinely cared about her safety and making this a positive experience... not just making a sale. I highly recommend them, especially if you're looking for a professional, thoughtful, and welcoming place for a piercing

Will ABSOLUTELY be back for more. This shop is as amazing as the people who create/work there. Got a piece done by the incredibly talented Ken done yesterday and couldn’t be happier. Kenny’s professionalism and dedication to his art was obvious from consult to final care instructions. Even when I made the bonehead move of not eating enough that morning, Ken did NOT make me feel bad, rather he made sure I got some sugar in my system, insisting that it happens a lot. Note to self: just don’t look at the tattoo process next time 🤣 In all seriousness, the whole experience was wonderful and welcoming. Thank you, Ken, Aaron, and the whole Hopeless Tattoo crew!
