Absolutely AMAZING experience! Devin was incredible and made my daughter feel so comfortable from start to finish. She explained the entire piercing process perfectly, was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely so sweet! We called ahead and were told we could come in as a walk-in, which made everything so easy. The entire place had such positive energy and amazing vibes! This was my daughter’s first-ever nose piercing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for her. She left feeling confident, happy, and so excited about her new piercing! 🥰 A HUGE thank you to Devin and the entire team at Black Hole for making her first experience so special. Got my earlobe piercing here around a month ago, Damian was my piercer and it was super quick and easy. Literally there is no infections, swelling or anything weird happening to my ears and although it was expensive it's good to calm my piece of mind after getting a brutal ear infection at Washington square.

Bianca is amazing, I walked in completely scared, she kept my mind at ease, and fixed my piercing. I’ve gotten now two piercings here. They’re amazing and so attentive!

Damian was so polite and very informative! I was a little nervous since I haven’t gotten pierced in over 5 years, and he was very kind and calming. Front desk was also super informative and friendly and helped me choose the best jewellery. Very clean shop and cozy atmosphere. My new mid nostril piercing looks so cute! Will definitely be coming back
