Slave to the Needle Tattoo & Body Piercing

I have been frequenting this shop for a very long time. My very first tattoo was done here and I've had piercings and my first ever bigger piece on my back. I had my eyebrow pierced in April for my birthday and as per usual it was a very pleasant experience. Today the top ball fell off and I could not get it back in. I called to make sure there was someone there able to assist me and made my appointment. I even had to call and push my time out because I was coming from Mountlake Terrace, and traffic. I get there we chat, I get my piercing fixed and was about to leave when I asked what the trick was to getting the ball twisted back on. My piercing DOESN'T twist! It just pushes in! It took me longer to drive there than it to fix it. My issue is this, why didn't ya'll just tell me that on the phone?!?! I could have saved my time, gas and money today. The person that fixed me up was delightful as was the other staff as per usual and there was also discussion of getting my septum done. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

My friend and I came in to get our helix pierced. We could not possibly say enough good things about Gray who pierced us!!!! I am petrified of needles - they handled me so well, keeping me as calm as possible and meeting all of my quirky needs. I felt like I was in such safe hands. The care instructions were excellent as well. I would come back for any future piercing, especially with Gray!

Excellent tattoo shop. Friendly front desk staff. Very clean. I've had three complete tattoos and one finish work of an older tattoo done by Julie. She is top notch...I give her my rough ideas of what I'm looking for and I haven't been disappointed nor asked for any changes when she's shown me her design when I walked in for my appointment. The shop is full of amazing artists, I can't wait to get more work done by Julie and hopefully get something done by another artist or two!

Have visited a few times for a few tattoos and its been a great experience each time. I really dislike using my phone as an actual phone so I've emailed in and got things setup and that works flawlessly. More importantly; Senem is incredibly talented and efficient.

I’ve gone here a handful amount of times for piercings and have found the vibe overall a little intimidating, but the front desk is always friendly and welcoming and the piercer Shay is very warm and nice. I will be back. The business seems trustworthy and organized. It is also very conveniently located. I know they have been around a loooong time. With all that in mind, it’s understandably pricey.
