Fenix Tattoo and Piercing

I got a my ears pierced here by Heidi and and it was a very smooth process. She explained it exceptionally well and has great aftercare instructions and I've had no complications with the piercing site. One additional note, the ball-end of one of the lobe piercings popped off after heavy activity on my part and lost the ball-end. I went in and Heidi replaced it with a new ball-end free of charge. Heidi and this place are amazing!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I went in for several piercings and encountered the kindest people! Heidi did my piercings and jewelry changes, Ty helped with the jewelry swap and spent a long time talking with me about health and wellness. I left there wishing I work there because they’re all so nice. Highly recommend!

I had the BEST experience here!!! I was greeted immediately by Heidi, and let me tell you I love her with every ounce of my being. She’s funny, interesting, and kept me engaged the entire time. I got a body piercing done by her and it was the most comfortable, smoothest shop experience I’ve ever had and I have a few piercings and tattoos. I plan to go back and get a tattoo done soon. I love the atmosphere, it’s very inviting and honestly felt like I was back home about to kick it with a family friend. Very professional, provided very thorough instructions before AND after in regards to aftercare, amazing pricing, I could go on and on. I was in & out in under 30 minutes and am in love with the finished product. Will be visiting again soon!!! They take walk-ins for tattoos and piercings, so if you’re looking for something to get and have a little time to kill I highly recommend checking them out!!!

Cool shop! Old school vibes, great location. Next time you're in pioneer square, walk in and talk to Jamie about that tattoo you've been thinking about! She's given me almost 30 (thirty) in the last two years, and all of them are bangers 🔥🔥🔥

I stopped by the shop around 11:30 PM on a whim to get my nose pierced, and I’m so glad I did. My husband was with me and super supportive, which made the whole experience even better. The guy who helped me was great—he talked me through everything, explained the aftercare clearly, and was very upfront. You can tell he’s confident in what he does, which is exactly what you want when getting a piercing. The whole process was quick, efficient, and smooth. No hesitation, no stress. Overall, it was a really solid experience, and the owner is a genuinely cool guy. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
