nice shop, but suggest NOT working with tom. i assume he is an apprentice who is good with 3-D printing and using neat state of the art software, but his reliance on that technology drives up his costs. a good artist will just draw your piece without the extra bull mess. with tom, you'll get a beginner-level quality tattoo that comes with a lovely $500 fee for consultation that doesn't even apply to your tattoo.

First tattoo experience and it was great! Everyone was really nice and welcoming. It was also very nice and clean. My tattoo artist, Stef, did an amazing job! She had an amazing sense of humor, kind, and obviously ultra talented! She made time fly by! Can't wait to come back one day! Highly recommend this shop and all of their artists! 25/10!

I now have two tattoos from this studio, one from Stef and one from Natalie. Both are stellar artists and bring to life your ideas. I felt very welcome and comfortable, and reassured to push back if anything was out of my comfort zone. The space threads the needle well of being both cozy and easy to sanitize. The artists take a lot of pride in their work and I am so pleased with the results!

I've gotten a total of four tattoos from Studio Nimbus, two from a wonderful artist who has since departed and two from Stefari. For Studio Nimbus generally, the culture of the studio is really nice, much more inclusive than some more classic tattoo shop vibes. With regards to Stefari, one of my tattoos is fully healed and looking exactly the way I wanted. The other is healing, but the line work is beautiful! Stef is kind, accommodating, and fun to hang out with so the tattooing process flies by. I love Studio Nimbus and I'll definitely be back for more tattoos.

Thomas is an amazing artist. He really takes broad ideas or themes and brings them to life in amazing ways. I love that his pieces work with negative space to create something that fills the space without overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to get high quality tattoo work done.
